I’m a full time working mom to an 18 month old. I try and make health and fitness a priority in my life, so I eat healthy and I typically work out 4-5 times per week, but I still wasn’t able to lose the last 5 lbs of baby weight. Even before I had a baby, my stomach was my problem area. I had just moved to Colorado Springs and was looking to join another gym in the area but came across Joe’s website and decided to try something different.
I started doing Women’s Boot Camp just once per week and after about five week, starting noticing results! I have since been going twice per week to Boot Camp and notice my body is much tighter, including my core and abs, and my clothes are fitting better. I’m actually working out less and eating more, and am still noticing results in my entire body!
Being a full time working mom, I go to the early morning class when my husband and daughter are still sleeping, so I’m home in time to get ready for work and spend time with my daughter. Joe modifies the exercises based on your own personal goals, abilities or physical limitations.
