Joe sat down with me and explained what should and shouldn’t eat, told me what I could substitute certain foods with so that I may still enjoy my favorite meals, and even provided a nutrition plan on his website to help me keep track of everything. Not only is Joe a great trainer, but he is also extremely flexible with his time. I was worried at first that it may be a waste of money because I might not be able to plan around my busy schedule and get as much workout time as I needed, but Joe would actually work around my schedule and what worked best for me.
