Q. Do I need to have equipment if I am going to be working with a trainer in my home?

No, nearly all of our in-home clients have little or no equipment at all and get amazing results. Unless you are into power lifting, or competitive bodybuilding, you don’t need a lot of equipment. All that is needed is to provide the necessary stimulus to the muscles in a systematic and progressive manner to produce results and prevent injury! Q. What does your semi private personal training consist of?

Semi private personal training consists of coaching and program supervision from a certified personal fitness trainer with up to 8 people. You see, since most of the work with your program design is done “behind the scenes”; you will get great results while working in a small group setting. This depends on how fast you want to see results. Most of my clients do best when they meet with me 3 times per week.
